Yes!! I will be running my first race of the year in less than 2 weeks I am so very excited! I am hoping the weather stays nice and it keeps getting warmer. Today was 34 I feel that I should of been out running but due to a sick boy I had to stay inside. I have been faithfully drinking my rehydrate and Spark of course. I have been trying to eat more than I usually do because I run off more calories that I eat some days that is why I love my Muscle gain and peanut butter and post workout Recovery shakes YUMMY!
Ah and last but definitely not least I do so love my Nighttime Recovery
It makes it possible to get up and go the next day after a hard run or workout.
