Training Day 2

So I have a little work to do to get back to my 10 min miles but that's OK everyone has to start some where.I am not  in as bad of shape as I thought thank God to my Catalyst for preserving my muscles. I ran the first 10 minutes with weight so I could give my upper body a little workout. I have date night with my hubby and we are going to go to a family friendly pool hall so that should be a little upper body cross training LOL right? OK maybe not but it should be fun. I plan on going to the Gym to do some classes this winter I hear Zumba is fun I might try that. Now Off to go enjoy my Post work out recovery and muscle gain with peanut butter shake before relaxing with the kids for the rest of the night. Storm is off to play water Polo with the guys. Me and the boys for the rest of the night.
