Going for 3
Today I am going to attempt to run 3 miles. Usually this wouldn't be that big of deal but I didn't drink my post workout and take my nighttime recovery last night because I thought I would be OK today WRONG! I hurt my abs hurt my everything hurts so off I go to run run and keep on it. I don't want to skip any days for fear of that becoming a habit. Once you talk yourself into skipping out or skimping down one of your workouts it becomes easier and easier to talk yourself out of it again. So here i go Have a Happy Thanksgiving and Eat healthy and hearty.
