I have officially started on my quest to break my own 1/2 marathon record. I decided since it has been a very long 2 months of letting my body go soft and not running I would take it easy and just pick one of the workouts on my treadmill. I have used the workout button before not having any trouble and it only lasting 30 Min's It should be a good start I thought.Now as I drink my rehydrate and reflect on this I think HOLY COW I was wrong. First the timer came up at 49 min then I ran up a mountain at 5 mph for most of the way. I think I will pay closer attention to what I am choosing if I choose a workout. So that being said I did get a good 2 mile run in uphill I only ran 30 Min's of the 49. Tomorrow I will go for more distance and less incline. Thank God for Post workout Recovery and my nighttime Recover like I said it has been a long 2 month vacation for my muscles and I know they will be feeling it. I feel Great I can't Wait for training day 2!!
