Advocare Meal Replacement Shake Recipes

I searched around for some recipes to Jazz up my  AdvoCare Meal Replacement shakes this is what I found thank you for the people who came up with these. There are plenty more out there I dare you to go look. Just search Advocare Meal Replacent shake recipes. 

AdvoCare® Meal Replacement Shakes

Reese's:

Add 1/4 c. of creamy peanut butter, half of a banana to packet of Chocolate MRS, utilizing crushed ice as part of your 9oz of water. The result is like a liquid Reese's with the nutrition of the banana just for fun!

Very Berry:
Throw in a nice handful of frozen berries into the Berry or Vanilla MRS. I feel like I am having a yummy dessert for breakfast and being really bad--though I am actually being very, very good with the added antioxidants of the darker berries.
 
PUMPKIN PIE SHAKE: Nutrient-Rich Fruit with Anti-Aging and Disease-Fighting Properties
CALORIES 293, FAT 3G, CARBS 34G, FIBER 9G, PROTEIN 32G
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER:
·         4OZ WATER
·         ½ CUP CANNED PUMPKIN (INGREDIENTS ON CAN ONLY PUMPKIN)
·         1 PACKAGE OF ADVOCARE VANILLA MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE
·         1/8-1/4 GROUND CINNAMON
·         7-8 ICE CUBES
·         ¼ CUP EGG WHITES

Nutrients in Pumpkin: Pumpkin is low in fat and calories and rich in disease-fighting nutrients such as:
Alpha-carotene
Beta-carotene
Fiber
Vitamins C and E
Potassium
Magnesium
Pantothenic acid
Health Benefits of Pumpkin: The alpha-carotene and beta-carotene are potent antioxidants found in pumpkin and are pro-vitamin A carotenoids, meaning the body converts them to vitamin A. Vitamin A promotes healthy vision and ensures proper immune function. The beta-carotene in pumpkin may also reverse skin damage caused by the sun and act as an anti-inflammatory. Alpha-carotene is thought to slow the aging process and also reduce the risk of developing cataracts and prevent tumor growth. Carotenoids lessen the risk of heart

Lemon Drips and Drops Smoothie 
Makes: 1 serving 
1/2 cup Breyers Double Churn Vanilla Bean Light Ice Cream 
1/2 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese 
1/2 cup 1% Milk 
1 Tbsp. Advocare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake 
1 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds 
3 – Ice Cubes 
1/2 – Lemon 


Hawaiian Smoothie
1/2 cup 1% Milk 
2 Tbsp. Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt 
1/4 cup Orange Juice Frozen Concentrate 
1/2 – Banana-Medium 
2 tsp. Advocare Vanilla Meal Replacement shake
1/4 cup Whole frozen Strawberries 
3 – Ice Cubes 


Orange Julius: Pour all ingredients in blender: ¼ c. plain Greek Yogurt, ¼ C. nonfat milk, 1 heaping Tbs. OJ concentrate, 1 Tbs. Vanilla extract, 1 orange sliced, 1 Advocare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake, Ice.


Banana Split Smoothie
1 Banana-Medium 
1/2 cup Low Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt 
1/8 cup Orange Juice Frozen Concentrate 
1/2 cup Nonfat Milk 
2 tsp. Advocare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake 
6 – Ice Cubes 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Advocare Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake prepared with 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter

Chocolate Banana Smoothie Advocare Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake prepared with a Banana!


Berry Smoothie Advocare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake prepared with 1 C. Frozen Berries
Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake prepared with 1 C. Frozen Berries


Chocolate smoothie1 envelope Advocare chocolate meal replacement
5 ice cubes
1 banana, frozen (peel banana, cut it into chunks, and freeze in foil)
1/4 c  water
2 Tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
